About

Heating and electrical, under one roof.

We started as an electrical shop and added heating and cooling when our customers kept asking who would install the heat pump.

Today about twenty people work here, in HVAC and electrical crews. Each job has one lead, who runs it from the assessment to the inspection. We work in the Oakland flats and hills and the towns around them, in houses from the 1920s to the 1970s.

  • One lead per job

  • Our own crews, not subcontractors

  • A written plan before any work starts
